The difference between calcined aluminum oxide and fused aluminum oxide
Both calcined aluminum oxide and fused aluminum oxide are made from industrial aluminum oxide,but they have big difference.
Calcined aluminum oxide is produced by rotary klin under temperature of 1300-1400℃,and makes it has the properties of high temperature resistance and wear-resisting.Mainly used in refractory and ceramic fields.
But fused aluminmum oxide was made from the high quality alumina by melting above 2000 in the electric arc furnace .It has high density and hardness,mainly used in ceramic,abrasive tools,grinding,polishing and etc
In contrast,fused aluminum oxide has the higher physical properties,used in more wider fields.
