Specific uses of ultrafine white corundum
Ultrafine white corundum mainly refer to 0.5micron,1micron,1.5micron and 2microns white corundum.

White Corundum 2microns (mainly for pre-polishing)
1. Optics Industry: Pre-polishing of optical glass, K9 glass, quartz crystals, and prisms; removal of damaged layers from sapphire cover plates and LED sapphire substrates; pre-processing for fine grinding of mobile phone cover glass and LCD/OLED substrates.
2. Fiber Optic Communication: Intermediate grinding processes for fiber optic ceramic ferrules and fiber end faces; raw materials for fiber optic polishing films and polishing sheets.
3. Semiconductor & Hard & Brittle Materials: Fine grinding of alumina ceramic substrates and aluminum nitride substrates; pre-grinding for thinning the back side of silicon carbide wafers and silicon wafers.
4. Abrasive Products: Production of polishing films, polishing tapes, precision polishing paper, polishing paste, and polishing fluid; PVA polishing wheels and nylon polishing wheel fillers.
5. Precision Hardware: High-gloss pre-polishing of cemented carbide molds, tungsten carbide tools, and stainless steel precision parts; rough and fine polishing of watch parts and precious metals.
White Corundum 1.5micron(ultra-fine polishing transition)
1. Optical Components: Ultra-precision grinding of lenses, laser windows, crystals, and piezoelectric crystals; replacing some cerium oxide in semi-finished polishing of optical components.
2. Fiber Optic Industry: Pre-polishing of fiber optic connector end faces to reduce surface roughness and insertion loss; core raw material for fiber optic polishing sandpaper/polishing films (as you previously researched in Taiwan, which provides the corresponding raw materials).
3. Semiconductor Industry: Edge polishing of silicon wafers and compound substrates; precision grinding of ceramic packaging substrates and ceramic bearings.
4. High-End Polishing Consumables: High-end water-based/oil-based polishing fluids, mirror polishing pastes; flexible polishing films, precision coated abrasives.
5. Gemstone Processing: Fine polishing of sapphire, agate, and jade semi-finished products.
White Corundum 1 micron (nano-level low-damage polishing)
1. Ultra-precision optics: Final pre-polishing of microscope lenses, infrared optical lenses, and quartz resonators; low-haze polishing of optical prisms.
2. Optical communication: Fine polishing of fiber optic end faces to achieve Ra < 0.1μm; ultra-precision grinding of ceramic ferrule inner holes.
3. Semiconductors: Pre-treatment polishing of silicon carbide substrates and gallium nitride epitaxial wafers; mirror polishing of wafer fixtures and vacuum ceramic components.
4. Precision molds: Mirror polishing of plastic optical molds and lens molds to remove micro-scale EDM marks.
5. Functional powders: High-end wear-resistant coatings, thermally conductive fillers, and wear-resistant additives for ceramic glazes.
White Corundum 0.5mciron (finest, final polishing / top-grade functional filler)
1. Top-tier mirror polishing: Final polishing of sapphire crystal windows, high-end watch crystals, and micro-optical components; virtually no subsurface scratches.
2. Semiconductor precision manufacturing: CMP (chemical mechanical polishing) auxiliary abrasives; high-purity operating conditions, low metal ion contamination.
3. Highest-grade fiber optic end-face polishing: Final polishing of the end faces of special single-mode optical fibers and active device optical fibers.
4. Precision ceramics: Mirror polishing of zirconium oxide, alumina structural ceramics, and ceramic valve cores.
5. High-end filler applications: Teflon non-stick coatings, high-temperature and wear-resistant coatings, and fillers for electronic heat dissipation composite materials; improving film hardness, wear resistance, and whiteness.
