1. ‌Enhance wear resistance and extend life‌
White corundum has a Mohs hardness of up to 9, second only to diamond, which significantly improves the scratch and wear resistance of the coating surface. This is especially important for plastic parts that are often subjected to friction (such as tool handles and industrial equipment housings), which can effectively extend the service life of the product.
2. ‌Improve anti-slip performance‌
White corundum micropowder is evenly distributed in the coating to form tiny protrusions, increase the surface roughness, thereby greatly improving the friction between the coating and the contact surface (such as soles and palms), and enhancing the anti-slip effect.
